Ishida being a expert at using the snow as an invaluebale ally, started to use the snow to confuse his adversary, as soon as he landed on the branch he swipe away a few patches to make it look like he'd jumped in one direction. After he was finished he jumped elsewhere making it seem he jumped in to directions.
Ishida continued to do that every time he landed on a branch, after about jumping on six different branches he swipe away some snow to make it seem he jump two directions and after he was done, he step off the branch and grabbed the branch were he removed some snow and focused the chakra into his feet and stuck to the tree. He then used this method to jump from tree to tree without landing on the branches. Ishida now made his way closer to his opponent, slowly but surely to make sure he didn't see him. He took several minutes before jumping to another tree, and continued to do the same thing, but he was running low on chakra so he kept some of his chakra in his right to use his Suffocation of the Cold to end this battle, as soon as he got close enough, he would use this attack.

Ken was now feeling much more refreshed, and once more summoned his five clones, each with their own sword, just as before. all six going in different directions, so their movement resembled a * each ready to attack anything that moved. Ken tried to make sure each clones was absolutely perfect in apearance, making sure to distribut his chakra to confuse his opponant even more.

Ishida stopped as he landed on a tree, he peered out and he saw his opponent create his water clones again. Ishida grunted as he quickly moved his head back into hiding. Now Ishida had to come up with a plan to get pass the clones and get to the real one. Ishida pondered for a bit, before coming to one plan! First Ishida reached into his pouch to see how much kunais he has left. Three. Ishida then grabbed the three with his left hand and grabbed one and flew it at the ground beneath one of the clones, as the spikes shot out, Ishida then threw another one at another clone and finally threw the last one at another clone.
To throw the clones off, Ishida threw his umbrella at a branch to make it look like he jumped to the branch, he hopfully thought that gave him a distraction as he leapt in the other direction, hopped on to the tree and then launched himself at the real opponent with his hand aiming for his throat!

Ken's clones were taken by surprize as the forests of ice sprung up underthem, impaling them, and popping them, or, the first two were anyway, but the third had a slightly longer warning from the death of the first, and jumped to the side, avoiding the majority of the spikes, and using his sword to block, or smash the others. once safe the clone immediatly looked in the direction of the ninja, triangulating his position easy enough from the kunai, he began sprinting as fast as possible toward the ninja, jumping into the trees to follow.
the Kenhanshin chasing after the ninja also yelled to the other three Kens to watch themselves, not wanting to give their positions away, so he just yealled in a random direction, attempting to make his voice loud enough to be heard by any of them. meanwhile the other three Kens heard the cry, and immediatly began intensely watching the environment, one of their eyes go wide as he sees the ninja plumeting at him from a tree branch, his hand going for Ken's throat. Ken immediatly began dropping into a sitting position attempting to dodge the attack, and also jabbing his sword up as he went down, even if he couldn't dodge the attack, he would be able to hit the enemy ninja as well, and if he did manage the dodge, he had a decent chance of impaling Ishida then too.
(just to let you know, there are right now four kens, you killed two of the clones. a third survived, you are attacking one ken now, however, as far as you know, the one who had survived is the real ken, or it could be the one your attacking, or one of the other two, i say this because i'm not sure why you said attacking the real opponant, your still not entirely sure which one that is.)

Ishida felt the blae pirece his side as he saw his blood started to drip down the blade, but he had a firm grip on his opponent's neck and he became to apply pressure on it, if that wasn't bad enough, the cold tempertures emitting from his hand was now being inflicted on his opponent's neck.
Having a super cold temperture on your neck is not something you want because it can suffocate you by not allowing fresh air to be delivered to your lungs and not to mention frost bite on your neck will make it even more hard to breath even after he let's go!

Ken found it suddenly extremely hard to breath, but he had scored a hit, and now, to more cause pain, and force his opponant to let go, than anything else, grabbed the hilt of the sword, which was still pressing into the wound, and twisted, the blade turning in the wound, cutting fibers, and tissues as it did. while his other hand grasped his opponant's wrist, his thumb trying to press into the pressure point in the man's hand, on the wrist. he couldn't keep his chakra concentrated with the attack going on, except to keep his blade formed, and the other clones, and their blades, vanished, the clones leaving little puddles in their wake.

Feeling the sword getting twisted in his side while getting his pressure point pressed, Ishida was forced to let go and he used his left hand to pull out the blade as he step back. After pulling out the blade, Ishida jumped down from the branch, but land clumsly as he fell on his knees as soon as he landed holding his wound. Ishida shook his right hand to get feeling back into it as he ran to grab his umbrella and retreat.
Although Ishida hated to retreat, it wasn't above him to do it. Ishida did his best to run, knowing that he needs to get that wound mended if he is too live. Ishida took one last look at the ninja to make sure he remembers him to finish the job later, as Ishida ran and ran through the forest.

Panting, rubbing his throat, trying to get some warmth back into it, Ken droped from the tree as well, he probobly would've died from the fall, but for the snow which slightly coushined his fall, as soon as he had gotten breathing back, he stood, and limped off, toward to water village, he needed to warn the village that there was a hostile enemy ninja of the snow somewhere near by. he couldn't believe how strong the ninja was, though, a lot of it also had to do with how inexpirienced with ice terrain Kenhanshin was. about two hours later, he had reached the village, and still holding his injuries, and shunning any help, he began making his way to the Misukage's tower. his wounds seeming to heal and close as he walked, he now was able to walk at nearly half speed, and he found that all of his injuries had stopped hurting as much, and now just throbbed painfully, he was always a fast healer, and extremely tollerant to pain, but still, he clutched his still cold throat, which made every breath a bit painful, as if he was breathing in glass shards.
