(yeah, i guessed as much, and knew somthing like that was comming.)
three of the swordsmen turn to face the tiger dragon, while the other three kept their attention on the ninja. one of the three ninjas facing the dragon tiger gets careless, and the beast gets a hit in, the body going stiff at the touch. the sword immediatly seems to vanish as it was dissummoned by Kenhanshin. the other two, for now, managing to keep the beast in check. the three swordsmen going after ishida were dancing, and jumping, they were the ones with the smaller swords, and each going for different body parts, switching off body parts every stroke, one goes for your legs, the other for your stomach, the last for your head, then, on the next attack, the first one going for your back, the second for your feet, and the third for your head again, keeping the attacking fresh, and unpredicatble except for the best ninjas.

Ishida had to jump and litterally dance to avoid getting tore to shreds as he tuck and rolled over the blade that came for his legs, used his left gauntlet to stop the sword coming for his stomach when he was on the ground, and he rolled out of the way of the one going for his head. Ishida then had to the spilts to avoid the one going for his back, then he laid on his back and did a handspring to avoid the next hit to his legs, and rolled again to avoid getting his head chopped in two!
Ishida was wore out form dodging all of the unpredicatable attack, and he needed to get rid of all the clones, so with a quick hand justure, Ishida ordered his Dragon Tiger to rush towards him. Because of the Ice creature's intense coldness, it didn't need to even touch the clones to freeze them as it dashed pass the clones!
[I'm guessing that you didn't watch the Naruto movie, were Kakashi did a Water Dragon and The Snow ninja did this move and as it pass the Dragon it instantly froze the Dragon]

(nope, didn't, and i'll edit this with my responce tomorow when i wake up.)
the creature ruched past the two warriors facing it, one froze in mid swing, the sword in its hand also dissapearing, the other did not, shivering like nothing else, he got in front of the creature swinging his sword (first one i used) at the beast attempting to keep it at bay still, or mabey, even destroy it. this was, of course, the real kenhanshin, and the three the ninja was fighting were clones, who continued to attack at the ninja, though, they were beginning to tire, and if they couldn't beat the ninja soon, they would quickly be on the defensive.

Ishida saw that his beast was taking all of the attention on to him, to better his chances of winning, Ishida moved his hand into position for his: "Ice Style: Freezing Mist Jutsu!" Ishida shouted as a cold fog rolled in. The fog was so cold, it started to snow lightly, with this fog in, Ishida could move about and prepare for his Cold Death Jutsu as he channelled his chakra into his palms.
Too bad that Ishida forgot that Mist ninja specialized in The Hidden Mist Jutsu which is basically the same but without the freezing tempertures.

the three clones attacking ishida, when the fog rolled in, seemed to vanish, all three moving in complete silence as they stalked their prey, the fog was cold, extremely cold, and made the clones more solid, almost like slush, but not quite freezing them, though it would slow their movements, it would also make them slightly harder to kill because of the added solidity of them, they were truing to surround the ninja, and attack all at once, in a triangle shaped formation, trying to trap him in place with their attack.
meanwhile Kenhanshin continued to battle with the creature, now using the mist to his own advantage. dissapearing into it, and attacking the beast jumping from a tree, and slashing at it as he passed. taking hold of his frozen clones, and throwing them at the beast. and turning his sword into a kunai, summoning clones of it, which he threw at it without stoping. he had to keep this beast from reaching his clones to have a chance at winning.

Ishida noticed the Tiger not having a good time in the fog, so to stop wasting chakra, Ishida stopped his jutsu. As soon as he did, the Tiger stop and instantly change to slush as it turned into a puddle. Ishida also noticed that the way the Mist nin and his clones were positioned, he couldn't excute his Cold Death, so he instead used his Frost Dragon Assault.
Two white orbs appeared over Ishida's fists as he reeled them back and prepared to shoot out his left fist. "Ice Style: Frost Dragon Assault!" Ishida shouted as a white clearish dragon shot out from the white orb and roared it's way to the Mist ninja, Ishida then shot out his other fist and the another dragon followed the first one to their target(s).

not knowing what this move was capable of, and not wanting to find out, Ken thought fast, trying to duck behind a nearby tree, hoping that would protect him from the attack, though, doubting it, he prepared to move at the slightest sign of danger, not knowing if even that would work however. however, he knew if he was going to loose, so was the ice ninja, and his three clones that he had left rushed foward, swinging their swords at Ishida, comming from three directions at once, and aiming at the three diferent areas of the ninja, head, torso, and legs. which not only made the attack insanely hard to dodge and block. but also kept him from being able to look at all three of the clones at once in any direction.

Ishida thought he could take out the clones, but they were too fast as the dragons crashed into the ground and exploded into snow, the attack gave away Ishida's position and now the three clones were attack three different areas of Ishida's body. Thoughts raced throughout Ishida's head as he thought of what to do, and he thought of one thing and that was to use the left over chakra in his hands to freeze the two of the three water swords.
Ishida grabbed the top and middle blades and they start to freeze as the ice covered the swords and moved to the clones as they too were frozen. The last blade came so fast that Ishida had very little time to use the two frozen swords as a springboard to fling himself into the air.
Not knowing of where his opponent could be, Ishida reached into his kunai poutch and pull out six kunais and threw them in different directions, all of them had the spheres on them, and as soon as they hit the ground, they all created ice forests and made it extremely hard to manever quickly.

(actually the swords are steel, but steel can sorta freeze too, so i'll let the action stand, don't ask me how it works, it's zam's move, but basically they are perfect clones of the sword, not made of anything other than what the sword would be made of.)
Ken realizing he had one clone left, dissummoned all of his clones, and swords, he knew it would be a bit of time before he could try that move again. but at least the ninja had stopped his attack, suddenly forests of ice trees sprung up everywhere, and ken found it hard to move, or see much, he began thinking frantically to himself he could not run, or this maniac might try attacking someone else, but he knew the longer the battle lasted the more of the terain began to benefit his opponant. though, he was sure the enemy ninja had to be running low on chakra from all his justu he seemed to have been using. he could not think of anything he could do, so for now, he jumped up into the tree he was in to try to get a better view of the area, and mabey, his opponant, while he gathered his chakra.

Ishida landed on one of the branches of the ice forests and he was trying to catch his breath. Ishida had a problem of using too much chakra during any battle and usually ended up tired during battle. Ishida breath for air quickly, but then he slowed down his breathing knowing it wasn't a good thing to inhale cold air quickly. (Even though he trained in freezing mountain for majority of his life)
After catching his breath, Ishida looked around for his opponent, but he couldn't find him. While looking, Ishida saw his umbrella laying on the ground where he tossed it so it wouldn't be cleaved in half. He thought about grabbing it, but then he would expose himself to his opponent, so now it was just a waiting game to see who would go first.

Ken's throat was raspy as he breathed, he knew it was because of the air around him, and seeing no sign of his opponant he half closed his eyes, sat down on the tree turning his sword back into a gauntlet, and began to meditate, gathering his chakra, and slowing his breathing. now that the battle had slowed down, Ken found himself painfully remembering he had been his by the two ice spikes, he girpped both and pulled them out, stifling a yell of pain, he took out a small vial of ice blue fluid, and put a drop on each wound, the wounds hissed and smoked, as he rebbed the drop in, covering the wound ccompletely, it would stop the wounds from bleeding, but not help with the pain. now that his wounds had been delt with, Kenhanshin sat still, waiting for the opponant to make a mistake.

Ishida kneeled on his ice branch as he thought of what to do next, 'Where is he? He could be anywhere. If I lower this fog I could see him....' Ishida thought as he devised a plan, 'Yeah, I'll do that.' Ishida thought as he lowered the fog and jumped off of his branch to reclaim his umbrella.
No this wasn't a suicide plan....okay maybe it is. Ishida's plan was to lure his opponent into attacking him when he went to grab his umbrella, then the opponent would give away his position and when he was close enough, Ishida would blast him with a Frozen Breath Jutsu at close range!

noticing the fog dissapating, Ken looked around. not far sway dropping from one of the ice trees towards his umbrella was the ninja. Kenhnashin once more shifted his sword into a kunai then summoning five more of it, one between each of his fingers on both hands. throwing all but one of them silently at the ninja, then, before they hit, so his position wouldn't be given away by the angle and direction of the kunai, he jumped from the branch of the tree, landing lightly on another, hoping the little bits of snow he disturbed wouldn't give him away, trying to keep out of sight, hoping the ninja would think it had just been a bird deciding to roost in the tree.

Ishida bent down to grab his umbrella (Which it was closed) and he barely heard the kunais heading his direction, instictly, Ishida grabbed his umbrella and used it to swat away the kunais. Of course this action tore parts of the umbrella. "Damn. This is what I was avoiding." Ishida mumbled as he looked at where he thought the kunais came from, but he couldn't see his opponent.
But he had seen the footprints of where he guessed the ninja was on the branch because of the missing snow. Judging by snow was position, there was less snow than one area and it curve suggesting that the ninja jumped, from this Ishida guess on where the ninja was and silent moved out of the open by leaping on to the real forest branch and then jumped to another one to make sure his opponent didn't see him.

Ken didn't know the ninja was onto his position, and sat, silently, hebind the tree, trying to spot the ninja, he couldn't see him. realizing in the tree if he was attacked, he wouldn't be able to defend himself as well, he dropped silently to the ground, and looked around, moving on the ground, tree to tree, trying to spot the enemy ninja, before he was spotted, not able to use the snow as well to his advantage, but he knew he would be able to use it at least a little to help him, looking for unnaturally bare patches of branches on trees as he spun around, for now reforming the gauntlet on his arm to try to block any surprize attacks.
